Known Issues/Things To Note

Multi-Tile murals work pretty weirdly in TS4, in that on each lot they just start on their own predefined spot and you can't change it, so you can't choose which bits of the mural go where.

Also on two of the swatches, some people have had a bit of texture bleed at the very top of the wall. Others haven't, and I can't replicate the issue myself, so no idea what's happened there but it's pretty minor so hopefully shouldn't be that much of an issue.

Deatherella does DOTY # 5

Round 5 of this year's DOTY featured a cat cafe.

4 to 2 deco cats and dogs from Severinka, Snowhaze, and someone-elsa. All recolors, most of them are repo's to other like animals in the set.

4to2 deco pet door from Sims 4.  I edited buntah's basket of apples from their Farm Extras Set. I redid the mapping and re-arranged the apples along with adding more. It replaces the original mesh. I did up all the recolors they had, and included the yarn ball recolor I made.

Deco cat climbing tree. You can also see Bon Voyage travel poster recolors I made featurin cat conversions.

4to2 cat head chairs and stools from simbishy's kitty cat set. I made them have four legs instead of three. Their seating had only three legs. They come with all their recolors and the solid oak wood ones I did. The oak are the mesh texutes. I made a cat cafe table mesh. It has cat designs on the table top. It also comes in plain oak. Along with the furnishings, there are assorted deco pieces, too. Assorted cat cafe brochures, "fat cat" artwork, cat cafe menu recolor, wallpapers, mural, and the town buildings backdrops on Oh Behave's back drop. Necessary meshes are included.

It's all together in one download, sorted into folders so you can find what you'd like to use easier.

this set was brought to you by the request of @kaylynn-is-typing! 💛

i don't use semi-realistic furniture in my sims' houses as much anymore now that i've switched to true maxis match, but @syboubou's apolline lounge corner is pretty sweet! i had a lot of fun converting it. there are 11 buy mode items and 4 wallpapers included in total.

most items are music-themed and have recolors. enjoy ~ !

Modern Family Mansion VII

Contemporary luxury family mansion for your Sims. With this one, I tried to blend in a modern buid with lush tropical gardens. This build comes in 2 versions, one including CC and one without. Both have the exact same exterior (aside from a few doors), landscaping and floorplans, but are different when it comes to the interiors. The photos shown are from the CC version, the CC free version does have the same interior style.

Lower level : Guest/Butler studio (with it's own kitchen and bathroom), garage, workshop, gym/spa/pool/sauna/full bathroom, cinema, lounge area, wine room, utility room, 2 half baths and vault. It's possible to add more rooms on this level, a corridor has already been built.

Main level : Entry, main hallway, formal living room, dining room, kitchen + chef's kitchen, laundry, office and 2 half bathrooms. Access to the front balcony equipped with planters for gardening.

Upper level : family/games room, master suite (with a private bathroom, sitting area, walk-in closet and balcony), 4 bedrooms (all with a private bathroom, walk-in closet and balcony, some feature a pantry)

Garden : on mutiple levels. Comes with an outdoor kitchen, several seating areas, large pool, playground and hot tub.

The Pastel Ladies - A Delightful Duplex by Harlequin Eyes

I built this duplex a few years ago, inspired by a house I drive by occasionally. In my mind the homes are occupied by two elderly sisters. Each side has a living room, kitchen, half bathroom, full bathroom, main bedroom, secondary bedroom/study/bonus room, small back yard, and a tiny front porch off the main bedroom where the sisters sit and chat over tea and coffee. It's definitely got a lot of "cool grandma" energy but you can make it over however you want.

This has been in my game for a while, and I've modified it slightly to work with the upcoming Sims 4 For Rent Expansion Pack. More pictures under the cut!
